Rates

Room rates include double occupancy and full breakfast. There is a $25 charge for each extra person in any room. Rates are quoted per night, not including tax (9%).

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless another form of payment is provided at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served at 8:30. Early or late breakfast is available with advance notice.

Please give advance notice of any special dietary requirements.

General Policies

  • No smoking indoors. Vapes/e-cigs are allowed indoors. If evidence of smoking is found, a $100 cleaning fee will be incurred.
  • No usage of fireplaces or candles with open flame. Contained candles are permitted.
  • Breakfast is served at 8:30. Early or late breakfast is available with advance notice.
  • No pets.
  • There is a housecat on premises. If the whole house is rented with host off-premises, the cat will be relocated.
  • A room key and front door key are provided. Keys must be returned to the host or as instructed. There is a $10 fee for keys that are not returned.
  • Events are prohibited unless the entire house is booked, or if they are arranged in advance with the host.
  • The Concetta De does not have a license to sell or serve alcohol. Guests are allowed to bring their own. Please drink responsibly.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is between 3PM and 9PM. Arrangements for late check-in must be made in advance. Check-out is before 11AM.

Cancelations

Notice of cancelation is required at least 14 days in advance of arrival. If notice of cancelation is received within 14 days, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancelation fee.

If notice of cancelation or changes to reservations are received 14 or fewer days prior to arrival, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.

Late arrival and early departure fall within our cancelation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departures which result in a shorter stay.

Damages

Guests are fully financially responsible for damages and broken or stolen items during their stay. Repairs or special cleaning resulting from damages caused by guests are the financial responsibility of guests. Resulting charges may be applied after guest departure as necessary.

Please report all damages, spills, etc. to the host as soon as possible.

Accessibility

As an owner-occupied residence renting fewer than six units, The Concetta De is exempt from ADA regulations under Title III. However, we will do our best to accommodate all guests.
